Our self-storage address is 1700 S. Industrial Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Find us just off I-15 and near The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod.
How far are you from Summerlin or Henderson?
We are only 10 miles away, the equivalent of a 15-minute drive via US-95. We are also proud to serve the communities of Summerlin South, Spring Valley, Paradise, Winchester, North Las Vegas, Sunrise Manor, Enterprise and Henderson.
Do you offer easy access?
Yes, we do. Besides allowing our customers to use their self-storage units 24 hours a day, we are just off multiple Interstates. All units are first floor accessible and we have five loading docks at different for any truck size. Most of our facility is ADA accessible.

Yes, we have five loading docks that should fit any truck size.

2). 12 ½ W X 12 H Distribution Mid Gate (2 ½ Ft Raise / Manual).
3). 12 ½ W X 12 H Distribution Top Gate (3 ½ Ft Raise / Manual).
4). 12 W X 13 H. Main Storage Gate. (Ground Level / Automatic).
5). 12 W X 12 H. South Storage Gate. (Ground Leel / Automatic).
Do you offer moving supplies?
We sure do. We have a full retail store on site offereing any and all moving supplies you will ever need at competitive prices. Besides boxes, blankets and tape, we even offer a varity of trailer hitches and dollies. We have what you need.
Do you offer office space?
Yes, we offer over 20 different office units for short and long term leases and even offer board room space for important meetings.
Do you price match?
Yes we do! We are able to meet or beat most self storage pricing. Bring your quote and we will do whatever we can to beat it!
How can I benefit from climate control?
Our climate-controlled storage units allow you to keep your most valuable items away from the elements. Check out our options if you need extra room for your furniture, documents, electronics, and more. We also have temporary and permanent office rentals and even a vault for your ultra precious possessions.
Can I rent a moving truck?
Of course. We are Las Vegas' premiere Uhaul dealer. We have many trucks, vans and trailers that you can use to make your move easier and faster. We will even provide you a truck for free with a rental of a self storage unit. You cannot beat that!
Can I store my luggage or here?
Good question. Our self-storage units are a great solution for those who are traveling and need to store their luggage. With a variety of unit sizes to choose from, you will be able to keep your bags safe, instead of just dropping them off somewhere else with no peace of mind. We also offer over 200 lockers that are perfect for short-term, small item rental needs.
When are you open?
Our office and retail areas are open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon – Fri) and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sat – Sun). Our resident manager are on premise to help you with anything you need.
Do you have security?
Yes, we have 24 hours security and the entire building - external and internor - is monitored by cameras and unit codes that allow us to track all individiuals that enter the property. Additionally we have 24 hour fire and break in protection. We will make sure all your valuables are always safe and secure.
